miniTANGO 0.3beta

Tango based theme with 16x16 icons only. For minimalists. Updated version 0.2b contains the skin in both modes (original and native). Few fixes and new icons added...

- optimized tabs, main and few other bars (height, width)
- the tabs are now green (looks better with black text on them)
